Greening Games
The Greening Games project developed, tested, and distributed flagship didactic materials addressing the interdisciplinary nature of green digital gaming.
The ‘Greening Games ‘ project developed, tested, and distributed flagship didactic materials addressing the interdisciplinary nature of green digital gaming. These were tested in selected higher education programmes and shared as open access content for the broader academic and teaching community.
Our core strategic responsibility was to educate students about the relations between digital games and the environment. By broadening awareness of these issues today, students will become greener game designers, programmers, and academic leaders in the future. At the centre of our partnership’s didactic philosophy were human responsibility, ethical game design, and sustainable gaming culture.
