Degree certificates and lists of marks

- Official copy
Dutch alumni who need an official copy (extract from the degree certificate) of their degree certificate can only request this digitally from the Diplomaregister (Mijn Diploma’s).
- Certified copy for study abroad
Dutch students who are going to study abroad can request a certified copy from the secretarial office of their former NHTV/BUas degree programme.
Please make a scan of your degree certificate and list of marks and send these to the secretarial office via email.- Lost your degree certificate?
A degree certificate is awarded only once. If you lose your degree certificate, it is not possible to request a new degree certificate.
Did you obtain your degree certificate after 1996? Then you can request an official extract from DUO.
If you obtained your degree certificate before 1996, you can contact the secretarial office of your former degree programme for a copy of the degree certificate.
