Four quality marks in Keuzegids HBO 2023
Built Environment, Creative Media & Game Technologies, Facility Management, and Hotel Management received quality marks for being top programmes.

Every year Keuzegids publishes multiple rankings, based on recent results of the National Student Survey (NSE) and study success numbers. Compared to similar programmes at other universities of applied sciences, BUas manages to score consistently high over the years.
These are the other highlights
- Creative Business, Logistics Management, and Logistics Engineering scored 74 points, very close to receiving a quality mark as well (75 points are needed).
- For the tenth year in a row, Facility Management ranked first in its own category.
- Nine out of ten of our bachelor's programmes scored at least four out of five stars (‘good’).
- Five out of ten of our programmes came out first in their respective categories. If you exclude private educational institutions, this even stretches as far as seven of our programmes.
- Eight out of ten programmes scored a place in the top three in their respective domains, and all did if you exclude private educational institutions.
BUas ranking
BUas recorded a shared fourth place among the medium-sized universities of applied sciences, with a score of 73. Last year BUas scored 66.5 points in a shared fifth place. Hogeschool Viaa scored first place in this category, with a score of 79. Avans obtained first place in the category of big universities of applied sciences, with a score of 71.5.
