International strategy
We prepare students for management-level positions in an international setting. We work together with leading institutes from all over the world.
Breda University of Applied Sciences opted for profiling itself as a global higher education institution many years ago. The foundation of this decision is anchored in the globally-focused nature of our study programs and the industry they cater for.
The internationally composed classrooms are a key learning environment which we consider to be enriching and extremely relevant to the future careers of our graduates in the rapidly globalising world.
Today, the majority of our bachelor’s programs and all of our master’s programs are conducted in English, drawing in over 1,600 students globally who are pursuing degrees. Our ties with the international sector are robust, evidenced by over half of our students undertaking internships, as well as completing their final projects and dissertations abroad.
A significant part of our teaching staff (20%) hail from countries beyond the Netherlands, and a greater number possess global experience in either professional or academic settings.
